This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website at https://shieldcase.com.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@shieldcase.com or call us at +447173937695 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with the RMA number and detailed instructions for returning your item.
  4. Package your item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. ShieldCase is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or variant (such as a different model or color), please follow the return process above and specify in your communication that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@shieldcase.com or call +447173937695. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your communication.

For damaged or defective items, we will send a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred. Depending on the circumstances, we may not require you to return the damaged or defective item.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is being returned due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

8. Lifetime Warranty Claims

ShieldCase products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. This warranty is separate from our return policy.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect after the 30-day return period has passed, please contact our warranty department at warranty@shieldcase.com to initiate a warranty claim. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos or a description of the defect.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the defective item free of charge. The lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

9. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
